DoseMe is a unique software platform that accurately individualises a dose for each person. Underpinned by Bayesian statistical methods, with its simplicity and portability, DoseMe allows clinicians to bring this proven technology to each bedside.

DoseMe obtains rich insights on drug exposure and effectiveness at both an individual and population level by analysing previously under-utilised sources of patient data. DoseMe creates a virtual model of each person’s unique pharmacokinetic model from as little as one laboratory result, by using thousands of data points from published population models. Once this virtual model of each person is built – in less than a second – clinicians can dose more accurately and precisely, calculating the most effective dose to reach the desired outcome. The software also allows the user to simulate potential outcomes of dosing regimens to provide the best advice for challenging cases.

The Australian Healthcare and Hospitals Association (AHHA) is the independent peak membership body and advocate for the Australian healthcare system and a national voice for universally accessible, high quality healthcare in Australia. The AHHA is uniquely positioned to facilitate collaboration between clinicians, academics, policy makers, administrators and politicians.
